Briana is a purpose-driven Designer. She strongly believes in the value of diversity in finding opportunities and solutions to complex challenges. She enjoys learning from others’ perspectives throughout the design process and thinks that good design comes from a collaborative and empathetic mindset. 

Briana has worked as a visual and strategic designer for the last 6 years in areas such as health, education, nutrition, poverty alleviation, and social entrepreneurship. She has gained experience from different projects, driving teams and stakeholders through human-centered design and co-design. She is able to craft decision-making based on data, having a deep understanding of end users’ needs and building strong relationships with stakeholders. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Design with an emphasis on communication and a postgraduate degree in Social Innovation Management.​
