Victoria believes we can – and must – do better for future generations. With over two decades of experience across government, business, and philanthropy, she helps organisations around the world navigate uncertainty, respond to emerging risks, and prepare for long-term change. Her work combines insight with practical tools, enabling teams to anticipate what’s coming, make sense of it together, and act before disruption becomes crisis.

Victoria has helped reimagine the future of Aotearoa’s primary industries, strengthen public health systems across the Pacific, and guide global insurers and security leaders as they prepare for the next wave of risk and resilience. She also partners with policy teams to build foresight capability and respond more strategically to deep structural drivers of change.

She is the co-founder and director of Design Futures Aotearoa, founder of the Aotearoa Futures Network, chair of the Millennium Project’s New Zealand node, and sits on the Advisory Board of the Global Futures Society. She also hosts The Futures Workshop, a podcast exploring the tools and ideas that shape tomorrow.

A regular contributor to both academic and public conversations on the future, Victoria speaks and writes on how we can better anticipate, design, and lead what’s next.
