Amy brings 20+ years of leadership experience designing and leading global initiatives that deliver social and environmental impact.

She has deep expertise in resilience-building strategies, working with some of the world’s largest cities and smallest island nations. This includes helping to stand up and lead two philanthropic partnerships—100 Resilient Cities at the Rockefeller Foundation and Resilient Reefs at the Great Barrier Reef Foundation—working at national and subnational levels to co-design equitable climate and conservation projects and strategies.

She is skilled at translating between research and policy, directing policy and partnerships for research centers at NYU. She worked in NYC government to accelerate community development, and has advised a range of non-profits on strategic planning and program development.

As Principal of Weaver Collaborations, she partners with decision-makers in philanthropy and policy to localise their efforts and co-design more integrated solutions, weaving together rich expertise in nature, community, and climate.
